Operations Strategy Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Revamp our approach to contacting businesses about transitioning to innovative payment methods.

• Investigate, assess, and onboard a new vendor that integrates AI agents into our customer engagement initiatives.

• Develop an internal predictive analytics model to identify unreliable payers at an early stage with high precision.

• Lead a quality assurance task force dedicated to maintaining excellence for our most significant clients.

• Oversee a team of agents within one of our Operations divisions.

• Engage directly with workflows, which includes managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and spotting opportunities to enhance front-line processes.
