Operations Specialist III, Aerospace & Defense

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish all new orders that involve the most time-critical commodities for optimal outcomes

• Deliver proactive updates to clients regarding any discrepancies and monitor the order status from initiation to completion

• Comprehend Margin versus Total Cost for an order and utilize this knowledge for additional charge approvals

• Maintain a balance between service quality, cost expectations, and margin

• Foresee issues before they arise and take prompt action

⛳️ Requirements

• Capacity to independently resolve all escalated concerns using available resources with little to no support

• Ability to aid in addressing team member escalations and inquiries

• Proficient in all International regulations, Import, and Export standards

• Possess and uphold Dangerous Goods Certification

• Must fulfill all responsibilities outlined in the Operations Specialist II Job Description.
