Operations Specialist, French Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze smartphone grading sessions along with the grading results produced by the AI platform.

• Oversee the daily performance of the global trade-in platform and pinpoint operational challenges.

• Examine platform behavior, grading inconsistencies, and issues reported by partners.

• Assist business partners through the support platform, email, and phone communications.

• Navigate partners through organized troubleshooting procedures.

• Forward complex issues to the Product or Engineering teams.

• Recognize recurrent issues and offer suggestions for enhancing products, processes, and operational efficiency.

• Uphold quality standards by adhering to documented procedures and refining best practices.

• Review smartphone grading outcomes generated by AI.

• Track operational performance across various markets.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on enhancements to products.

• Test newly launched features and provide constructive feedback.

• Update internal documentation and operational workflows.

• Availability during French retail business hours.

• Experience in operations, customer support, helpdesk, quality assurance, telecommunications, consumer electronics, mobile retail, device repair, or refurbishment is a plus.

• Familiarity with Android and iOS devices is a significant advantage.
