Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Establish connections between founders and businesses with exceptional remote talent while emphasizing significant partnerships.

• Execute order management procedures and assist with back-end operations.

• Monitor order shipments and effectively liaise with clients.

• Oversee purchase orders and ensure accurate invoicing following delivery.

• Keep financial records organized using QuickBooks and Google Drive.

⛳️ Requirements

• Main emphasis: order management along with back-end operations support.

• Daily tasks: Monitor order shipments and coordinate with clients.

• Handle purchase orders (ranging from 1-40 items per PO, frequently divided into over 10 shipments).

• Identify which POs require invoicing after delivery.

• Navigate QuickBooks for precise record-keeping.

• Maintain records both in Google Drive and on physical drives.

• Preferred: Experience in state/government contract work.

• Experience in order management and invoicing.

• Essential requirements: Proficiency in QuickBooks.

• Familiarity with ClickUp.

• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat.

• Relevant industry/tools experience: QuickBooks, ClickUp, Adobe Acrobat, Gmail.
