Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Act as the ROC Manager on Duty — overseeing the daily BVLOS operations.

• Ensure the safety and adherence to regulations for all active BVLOS operations.

• Prioritize and allocate inspections based on the availability of resources.

• Develop and sustain ROC systems and infrastructure.

• Assist in ROC pilot development by offering real-time support and continuous training.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in drone operations.

• Proven capability to manage conflicting operational priorities in real time.

• Experience in developing or maintaining operational systems, SOPs, or compliance documentation within a safety-critical environment.

• Strong and confident communication skills.

• Must reside in the contiguous US and be authorized to work in the US.
