Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Understand the mechanics of capital flow changes within the system.

• Facilitate access to various fiat channels, manage capital-related processes, and conduct testing.

• Coordinate daily with customer service to resolve customer capital-related inquiries.

• Address a range of capital issues, making timely and accurate judgments and responses.

• Collaborate in the implementation of marketing activities.

• Analyze data related to system funds and offer insights and recommendations.

• Implement clear reconciliation processes to guide the daily operations of team members and resolve other fund-related issues within the system.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in clearing and settlement within exchange platforms, payment channels, or commercial banks.

• Strong awareness of risks and proficiency in risk identification.

• Excellent logical analysis, communication, and expression skills.

• Dynamic, innovative, resilient under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

• Familiarity with both Internet Finance and traditional financial sectors.

• Proven experience in team leadership and independently managing projects.
