This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Oversee operational workflows throughout onboarding, policy administration, and bordereaux life cycle stages to guarantee data completeness, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams (Data, Underwriting, Compliance, Finance) to uphold integrity across systems and processes.
• Assist in the centralization of master/reference data, ensuring that records across all operational systems are consistent and auditable.
• Track and report on KPIs such as submission cycle time, processing duration, and adherence to SLAs.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency, minimize manual touchpoints, and improve the member experience.
• Work alongside internal teams to define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Utilize tools such as Snowflake, Power BI, and Excel to generate reports and insights that guide business decisions.
• Support the onboarding of new members and contracts, ensuring that all documentation, systems, and workflows are properly aligned prior to activation.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector.
• Experience in specialty insurance is an advantage.
• Strong grasp of data accuracy, process governance, and operational SLAs.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL (Snowflake), Excel, and workflow management tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Outstanding attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bonus points for experience with bordereaux processing or insurance data workflows.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management or onboarding systems.
• Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, or similar).
