This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Build strong relationships with a portfolio of large and enterprise-level integration partners throughout and after implementation, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their business and industry.
• Frequently attend, and when appropriate, lead meetings with partners, merchants, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee the onboarding and configuration of sub-merchants and strategic merchant partners.
• Collaborate with the Integrations team to coordinate and create tailored processes, onboarding initiatives, and configurations for large-scale partnerships.
• Assist the Underwriting team by collecting merchant applications, necessary documentation, and following up with applicants to enhance onboarding speed.
• Implement AI agents and automations to scale operations and enhance the precision of your work and our customers' payment processes.
• Work alongside integration partners to develop and manage onboarding templates, ensure accurate partner and merchant pricing inputs, and execute bulk onboarding strategies.
• Work closely with the Operations team and Partner Success Managers to coordinate the execution of all daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
• Support the daily responsibilities of others on the Operations and Client Success teams as needed.
• Provide weekly reports on key performance indicators related to the success of tasks and assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with the Product team to create additional automations that enhance the accuracy and efficiency of enterprise-level tasks, including suggestions for product improvements and UI/UX enhancements.
• Be proactive and hands-on in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, doing whatever it takes to make this a remarkable journey!
• Possess 3–5 years of experience in implementation, customer onboarding, or project management in high-growth startups, with a preference for candidates with Payments and Fintech experience.
• Demonstrate a strong bias for action, ensuring tasks are completed daily rather than postponed.
• Exhibit intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous self-learning and improvement.
• Have a solid technical aptitude and working knowledge of software and APIs, capable of troubleshooting issues and discussing platform dynamics.
• Display meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach, while maintaining a sense of urgency in setting up and activating customers, backed by strong project management skills.
• Show proficiency in tools like Claude, Zapier, n8n, Postman, and other AI applications to develop and deploy agents and automations.
• Be a resourceful self-starter capable of managing your time and adapting to shifting priorities, taking ownership of processes within your area.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic and willingness to invest extra time and effort to make a meaningful impact in building a leading business.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be confident, influential, and empathetic towards partners, customers, and colleagues.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment where you will manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
