This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the project from approval to implementation by monitoring product and project scope, schedules, costs/investments, change control, risks, and lessons learned;
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation by revising project schedules, project sites, and documentation for approved projects utilizing project management tools;
• Ensure all involved areas fulfill project objectives regarding cost and schedule by hosting team meetings, facilitating help-chain coordination, managing escalations, and delivering presentations, in alignment with the Project Management Model;
• Eliminate project obstacles by collaborating with functional areas and decision-makers to resolve technical barriers or any issues hindering progress, and seeking effective solutions to propel the project forward;
• Report and communicate project progress to ensure continuous visibility for stakeholders and corporate goals;
• Drive ongoing process improvement by sharing information, knowledge, and examples during workflow reviews and interface area processes, along with standard project documentation, contributing to the enhancement of our processes and projects;
• Foster an effective communication plan among team members to encourage the exchange of technical information and alignment with the company's strategic objectives, aiding in project growth and innovation;
• Establish a robust communication plan within the team to promote the sharing of technical information and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals;
• Assess complex scenarios, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions to bolster project management;
• Demonstrate the ability to cultivate and maintain constructive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, International Relations, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related fields;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Experience with project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, CPM, etc.);
• Proven experience managing external partnership projects within the pharmaceutical sector;
• Understanding of risk management, including the development of risk matrices;
• Prior experience in project management, partnerships, or strategic alliances;
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodology (PDCA, etc.);
• Knowledge of Power BI;
• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.
