This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the integration of enterprise-level programs across various healthcare transformation initiatives.

• Create governance frameworks, decision-making protocols, operational rhythms, and performance reporting systems.

• Foster collaboration among VHA leadership, program offices, contractors, technology providers, and implementation partners.

• Analyze and document existing and future business processes, workflows, organizational structures, and their interdependencies.

• Identify operational challenges, resource limitations, and opportunities for process enhancement.

• Assist in requirements management, including collecting, validating, documenting, and maintaining requirements.

• Create and sustain roadmaps, integrated master schedules, implementation strategies, risk registers, dependency trackers, and executive summaries.

• Track and manage program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies effectively.

• Align technology and operational initiatives with enterprise goals and timelines.

• Aid in acquisition planning, contractor coordination, and performance management.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and user expectations.

• Support executive leadership by providing strategic communications, decision-making materials, portfolio reports, and program analyses.

• Develop metrics to assess progress, operational efficiency, adoption rates, and business outcomes.

• Organize stakeholder meetings, workshops, interviews, and working groups.

• Contribute to healthcare modernization projects focused on patient scheduling, workforce transformation, digital service delivery, and enhancing the veteran experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• At least 10 years of professional experience in supporting federal healthcare programs.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience leading program management, operations modernization, business transformation, or strategic integration projects.

• Proven experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives involving government, contractors, and technology vendor teams.

• Background in enterprise healthcare technology implementations, digital transformation initiatives, or large-scale operational improvement projects.

• Understanding of Veterans Health Administration operations, healthcare delivery models, governance structures, and business processes.

• Experience in facilitating executive-level governance forums and presenting to senior government officials.

• Strong skills in business process analysis, operational assessment, and requirements management.

• Experience in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, governance documents, risk management records, and executive reporting products.

• Ability to distill complex operational, technical, and organizational data into actionable insights.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Visio.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship.

• Ability to obtain a public trust clearance.

• Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant field.

• Preferred: Experience with Enterprise Patient Scheduling, community care, direct care, veteran self-service platforms, or healthcare scheduling operations.

• Preferred: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CSM, Prosci, or similar certifications.

• Preferred: Experience supporting VHA, VBA, OIT, or other federal healthcare entities.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, portfolio management, and enterprise governance frameworks.

• Preferred: Experience coordinating extensive contractor ecosystems, system integrators, or enterprise technology vendors.
