This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee operational tasks that facilitate both Commercial and Government software initiatives.
• Create training resources, manuals, and reference documents to assist Commercial and Government operations.
• Enhance and maintain internal processes, checklists, and standard operating procedures across workflows for both Commercial and Government sectors.
• Monitor the precision of account data for Commercial and Government in Salesforce, including adjustments to contracts and related updates.
• Assist with Commercial quotations in Salesforce and CPQ, while also managing Government pricing information and DLA price books.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Product Management, Implementation, Customer Support, HR, and Operations to fulfill contract obligations, staffing requirements, and customer service execution.
• Work together with HR, Legal, and Operations to ensure that resource-related needs, including site access, background checks, training, and certification requirements, are understood and integrated into planning.
• Stay informed about relevant regulations, policies, and guidance concerning acquisitions, health IT, cybersecurity, and data protection, and relay significant updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain well-organized and accurate records of contracts, amendments, price lists, approvals, and correspondence in line with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Ensure that Salesforce CRM data is kept up-to-date, accurate, and complete for Commercial accounts, Government accounts, vendors, and distributors.
• Generate reports and dashboards on pipeline activities, pricing changes, account statuses, and key milestones for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Adhere to all relevant U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulations, ISO 13485 standards, and all other applicable laws and standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, Health Informatics, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in operations, program coordination, sales operations, or contract support.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail, particularly in managing pricing, contract information, and documentation.
• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively with Legal, Sales, Finance, Technical, and Implementation teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to convert regulatory and contractual requirements into clear internal guidelines and processes.
• Comfortable working with structured data, templates, and Government-provided forms or portals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects, showcasing effective time management skills.
• Strong judgment and foresight to anticipate the need for proactive communication and planning.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
• Proven ability to deliver results both independently and as part of a team, including a record of exceeding expectations.
• Experience with U.S. Government contracts, especially involving DoD and/or VA healthcare or health IT contracts, is a plus.
• Familiarity with DLA, VA, or other federal contracting environments is advantageous.
• Experience utilizing Salesforce and other sales enablement tools is a plus.
