Operations Program Coordinator – 1st Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Determine the requirements for ML servers and racks, and coordinate their delivery to align with Data Center capacity and organizational needs.

• Offer program management assistance, tackle deployment challenges, track program performance, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

• Enhance rack integration and hardware movement to meet operational efficiency and quality objectives.

• Supervise infrastructure shipments and address supply chain inconsistencies.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Core Enablement workstream leaders, and management to accomplish technical deployment objectives.

• Manage stakeholder expectations while proposing strategic initiatives and long-term objectives for ML infrastructure.

• Improve asset utilization and oversee existing rack space opportunities.

• Input data into Data Center applications and maintain or create necessary reports.

• Process, audit, and organize documentation related to Core Enablement activities.

• Promote a Lean culture within server staging and data center operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field or military service.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Data Center operations, ML hardware logistics, or supply chain management.

• Experience in project management.

• Understanding of high-density server/rack environments.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and DCIM/Inventory Management software.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

• Possession of a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport.

• Familiarity with TSA security procedures and the ability to adhere to them.

• Capability to travel domestically by road, rail, and air.

• Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail.

• Demonstrates a proactive and professional demeanor.

• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Results-driven with strategic thinking skills concerning technical challenges.

• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, produce precise results, and meet deadlines.

• Skill in building and maintaining effective working relationships.

• Capacity to lift items of various shapes, sizes, and weights.

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended durations.

• Skilled in reaching, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting, and kneeling.

• Competence in handling tools or equipment.

• Tolerance for working in hot or cold warehouse conditions.

• Candidates receiving conditional offers may need to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test.
