This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee daily interactions with global 3PL providers across the US, EU, UK, and AUS markets.
• Facilitate regular operational meetings with fulfillment partners to ensure compliance with SLA performance.
• Generate and submit Warehouse Receiving Orders (WROs) while monitoring inbound inventory processes.
• Perform daily order health assessments and address shipping, fulfillment, and inventory discrepancies.
• Track fill rates, shipping times, returns, and operational KPIs, escalating issues proactively.
• Develop and sustain demand forecasting models across all SKUs and product variations.
• Supervise inventory levels across various warehouses and proactively redistribute stock as needed.
• Monitor expiration dates, lot numbers, and FIFO compliance within fulfillment operations.
• Identify at-risk inventory regarding expiration and suggest liquidation or promotion strategies.
• Create dashboards and reporting systems to enhance inventory visibility and forecasting precision.
• Act as the primary operational liaison for suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors.
• Align production schedules with launch timelines and replenishment requirements.
• Source and onboard new suppliers for upcoming product lines and collaborations.
• Negotiate lead times, pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and vendor deliverables when necessary.
• Maintain organized supplier documentation and proactively identify supply chain risks.
• Oversee operational execution for all new product launches from purchase order to go-live.
• Coordinate launch schedules across logistics, marketing, creative, and supplier teams.
• Execute product and packaging test orders prior to large-scale production.
• Identify potential operational risks that may hinder launches and communicate mitigation strategies early on.
• Ensure inventory is prepared before campaigns and market launches commence.
• Monitor supplier and vendor invoices, ensuring timely approvals and payments.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and finance teams for precise reconciliation workflows.
• Maintain Shopify operational processes including product management and bulk updates.
• Configure and uphold kitting, bundling, and operational regulations within Shopify and related applications.
• Support operational automation efforts utilizing Shopify Flows and AI-enabled workflows.
• 3–6+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain management, or DTC Shopify environments.
• Strong background in managing global 3PL providers and multi-warehouse fulfillment operations.
• Proven expertise in inventory forecasting and replenishment planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience in managing vendors, suppliers, and production schedules concurrently.
• Experience in startups or high-growth DTC environments with a strong sense of adaptability and ownership.
• Outstanding organizational and project management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous settings.
• Proactive problem-solving approach with keen attention to detail.
• Direct experience with ShipBob, Hive, or similar 3PL platforms (Preferred).
• Expertise in Shopify Plus, including Shopify Flows and operational automation (Preferred).
• Background in supplements, wellness, skincare, cosmetics, or subscription-based businesses (Preferred).
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude for workflow optimization (Preferred).
• Experience using Notion for documentation and operational management (Preferred).
• Exposure to cost analysis, landed costs, and operational financial reporting (Preferred).
