Operations Manager – Production

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end inquiries, evaluate briefs, clarify needs, and manage operational inboxes.

• Procure products from suppliers located in Australia, the USA, China, and Hong Kong.

• Generate precise quotations and Sales Orders utilizing Commonsku.

• Create basic artwork layouts and product mock-ups using Adobe Illustrator and Canva.

• Issue Purchase Orders.

• Coordinate production across multiple suppliers.

• Manage artwork approvals and timelines effectively.

• Schedule and monitor both domestic and international freight.

• Maintain proactive communication with clients and foster relationships with suppliers.

• Assist with invoicing processes.

• Keep CRM records and project dashboards up-to-date.

• Identify and propose enhancements to operational workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of pertinent experience in operations, production, or project coordination.

• Ideally, experience within the promotional products, branded merchandise, print production, procurement, custom apparel, manufacturing, or a related field.

• Strong background in coordinating suppliers, production schedules, multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.

• Experience in sourcing, freight, or international logistics.

• Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator for artwork review and mock-ups.

• Familiarity with Canva and Microsoft Office 365.

• Knowledge of Commonsku, Xero, international freight, and promotional product decoration methods is highly valued.

• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

• Ability to proactively advance projects.

• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.

• Strong communication skills to engage with customers, suppliers, and a collaborative remote team.
