Operations Manager – Online Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take charge of daily operations and manage priorities from concept to execution.

• Gain in-depth knowledge of the founder’s business, tools, standards, and decision-making processes.

• Recognize inefficient, manual, or repetitive processes and implement lasting improvements.

• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), systems, AI workflows, and automations to minimize manual tasks.

• Oversee projects, personnel, vendors, timelines, and essential deliverables.

• Monitor operational performance and utilize metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Make informed decisions autonomously and escalate issues when necessary.

• Keep the founder updated without needing to be prompted for progress reports.

• Constantly seek ways to save time, cut costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Online Business Manager (OBM), or similar high-responsibility operations role.

• Background in fast-paced, founder-led companies where structure may be lacking.

• Strong operational acumen with the capability to transform ambiguous challenges into actionable plans.

• A history of improving processes instead of merely maintaining them.

• High level of ownership and commitment to follow-through.

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

• Confidence in working independently in a fully remote setting.

• Interest in AI and a readiness to leverage it for practical tasks.

• Openness to learning, experimenting, and building with AI systems.

• Reliable remote work setup to meet the demands of the role.

• Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, AI agents, dashboards, SOPs, or internal automation is advantageous but not mandatory.
