Operations Manager – Online Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of daily operations and manage priorities from concept to execution.

• Develop a thorough understanding of the founder’s business, tools, standards, and decision-making processes.

• Recognize ineffective, manual, or repetitive processes and implement permanent improvements.

• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), systems, AI workflows, and automation to minimize manual tasks.

• Oversee projects, personnel, vendors, timelines, and essential deliverables.

• Monitor operational performance and utilize metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Make informed decisions independently while knowing when to escalate issues that require further judgment.

• Keep the founder updated without needing reminders for progress reports.

• Consistently seek opportunities to save time, lower costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Online Business Manager, the founder’s right hand, or in a similar high-responsibility operations role.

• Background in dynamic, founder-led businesses.

• Strong operational acumen with the ability to translate ambiguous challenges into actionable plans.

• History of enhancing processes rather than merely sustaining them.

• High levels of ownership and commitment to follow-through.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote setting.

• Interest in AI with a readiness to learn, innovate, and develop.

• Dependable remote working environment.

• Capability to meet the job's working requirements.

• Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, AI agents, dashboards, SOPs, or internal automation is advantageous but not mandatory.
