Operations Manager – Online Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bolivia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of daily operations and manage priorities from conception to execution.

• Develop a deep understanding of the founder’s business, tools, standards, and decision-making processes.

• Recognize inefficient, manual, or repetitive processes and implement lasting improvements.

• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), systems, AI workflows, and automations to minimize manual tasks.

• Oversee projects, personnel, vendors, timelines, and key deliverables.

• Monitor operational performance and utilize metrics to uncover opportunities for improvement.

• Make informed decisions independently, escalating matters when necessary.

• Keep the founder updated without needing reminders for progress reports.

• Continuously seek ways to save time, lower costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Online Business Manager (OBM), or in a similar high-responsibility operations role.

• Background in fast-paced, founder-led businesses where structure may be lacking.

• Strong operational acumen with the capacity to translate ambiguous issues into actionable plans.

• Demonstrated history of enhancing processes rather than merely sustaining them.

• High level of ownership and commitment to follow-through.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Confidence in working autonomously within a fully remote setting.

• Genuine interest in AI and a strong motivation to leverage it for practical applications.

• Openness to learning, experimenting, and developing with AI; prior AI expertise is not a prerequisite.

• Reliable remote work setup capable of meeting the role’s requirements.

• Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, AI agents, dashboards, SOPs, or internal automation is advantageous but not mandatory.
