• Develop strategies in collaboration with senior management and establish policies that align with the organization's objectives.
• Implement efficient processes and standards.
• Collaborate with both subordinate and senior management levels, engaging in negotiations and influencing critical matters.
• Manage team operations, innovate solutions, and adapt existing methods and procedures as necessary.
• Grasp the strategic direction set by senior management, effectively communicate team objectives, deliverables, and keep the team informed about changes.
• Provide guidance to our in-house Management Trainee.
• Monitor NSAT Scores and assess the productivity of team members closely.
• Induct new hires, including Engineers and Team Leaders, into the technical support process.
• Oversee the management of critical and complex changes where applicable.
• Initiate and promote continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and dependencies to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Manage performance, career development, and retention of team members.
• Possess an innovative and transformational mindset to recognize opportunities for process optimization.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience as an operations head/manager in Technical Support processes (specifically Microsoft M365).
• Experience in Concierge LOB is preferred.
• Work Location: Remote.
