Operations Manager – Doors, Frames, and Hardware

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the effective implementation of projects across the regional territory by supervising Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Purchasing Agents, and Superintendents.

• Engage in the formulation and execution of yearly plans and forecasting.

• Conduct annual performance evaluations for assigned staff and provide input regarding salary increases, promotions, and bonuses to the Regional Manager or Vice President.

• Oversee projects from the Purchasing Phase through to Final Completion, ensuring timely payments in accordance with contracts.

• Review the purchasing process, select vendors, and supervise outsourced procurement. Execute customer contracts within signing authority.

• Foster relationships through weekly jobsite visits with customers and project managers. Ensure quality, customer satisfaction, timeliness, and cost control for all projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management.

• 5-8 years of experience in a commercial construction management role.

• Requires practical knowledge of commercial construction methods and the application of principles.

• Proven track record of success.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Strong leadership and management capabilities.

• Proficient accounting skills.
