This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the strategy, governance, and optimization of Amazon product content across key brands.
• Ensure that product detail pages provide engaging, compliant, and shopper-focused experiences that enhance conversion rates.
• Set standards and best practices for content quality, SEO, discoverability, and excellence on the digital shelf.
• Implement scalable content processes that boost speed to market and enhance the quality of execution.
• Manage the health of the Amazon catalog and oversee product data governance.
• Direct ASIN setup, maintenance, variation management, and resolution of issues.
• Create scalable operating models and processes that improve data quality and minimize operational defects.
• Collaborate with technology teams to improve and automate product information management and syndication capabilities.
• Spearhead search optimization strategies to enhance visibility and the quality of traffic.
• Utilize analytics and experimentation to improve discoverability, conversion rates, and shopper engagement.
• Collaborate with Retail Media teams to synchronize organic and paid search strategies.
• Foster incremental growth through Virtual Bundles, Virtual Multipacks, and other digital shelf opportunities.
• Identify and implement automated and AI-driven solutions that enhance content and catalog operations.
• Assess emerging Amazon capabilities and shopper trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Act as the subject matter expert in Amazon content, catalog, and digital shelf strategy.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Brand, Customer Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and Analytics teams.
• Influence stakeholders and promote the adoption of new capabilities, processes, and methodologies.
• Manage crucial relationships with agencies, technology partners, and external collaborators.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Commerce, eCommerce, Amazon, Product Content, Catalog Operations, Product Data Management, or related areas.
• A strong understanding of Amazon ecosystems, digital shelf strategies, content optimization, and catalog management.
• Proven success in leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives and driving business transformation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of using data to inform decisions.
• Experience in the Beauty, Personal Care, or Consumer Packaged Goods sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, Brand Registry, Retail Analytics, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM), syndication platforms, and content operations is preferred.
• Experience with automation, AI, or digital transformation capabilities is preferred.
