This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage field operations for the designated region

• Provide spiritual guidance and promote a culture of collaboration

• Accountable for comprehensive operational success, which includes financial management, mission planning, logistics, and the recruitment and supervision of staff

• Propel strategic growth by creating and implementing new processes

• Build and maintain essential partner relationships while leading mission teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated management and leadership experience

• Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to engage with individuals from diverse educational, linguistic, and cultural backgrounds

• Exceptional planning and organizational abilities

• Proficient in Google Docs or Microsoft Office suite

• Financial management experience is preferred

• Bachelor's degree or 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience

• 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical studies are highly preferred

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to field locations

• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
