Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Operational Health across various Production Streams.

• Ensure comprehensive visibility into utilization, profitability, delivery timelines, and process adherence across different teams and regions.

• Recognize early warning signs related to capacity, margin, or client satisfaction before they become significant issues.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational disruptions that affect revenue or delivery confidence.

• Take decisive action to stabilize execution and enhance performance.

• Develop and iteratively improve forecasting models to predict resource limitations and delivery challenges.

• Align production, finance, and sales teams with realistic planning assumptions.

• Establish, monitor, and evolve operational KPIs, including utilization, contribution margin, throughput, and compliance.

• Identify negative trends in KPIs and implement long-term solutions rather than temporary fixes.

• Foster performance accountability with Delivery Managers and Project Managers by setting clear expectations, decision-making authority, and measurable objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, delivery leadership, or production management within complex, multi-team settings.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role as an Operations Manager or in a position that involves cross-team performance ownership.

• Demonstrated ownership of forecasting, planning, and KPI frameworks linked to revenue and margin considerations.

• Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, finance, and production stakeholders.

• Experience in leading Delivery Managers or similar roles, including oversight of performance calibration and escalation processes.
