Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in developing our network of operations leaders

• Supervise processing, packaging, maintenance, quality control, and logistics within a cannabis production facility

• Guide a multilevel team through the complexities of operational processes

• Collaborate with the General Manager on budgeting and analytical tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing management

• Experience managing a team of over 30 individuals

• Background in consumer packaged goods

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business is preferred

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data reporting; familiarity with Microsoft and inventory systems

• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus

• Prior exposure to cannabis, horticulture, or lab processing is highly desirable
