Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations, projects, and routine workflows of the Finance & Operations department to ensure effective execution of priorities.

• Continuously enhance operational processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation, and tracking systems.

• Administer contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), organizational agreements, and essential administrative records.

• Keep track of action items, deadlines, and deliverables to guarantee timely completion.

• Assist in the implementation of new systems, tools, and operational processes.

• Identify and adopt opportunities to boost efficiency, accountability, and operational excellence.

• Act as the main point of contact for staff inquiries regarding Ramp, purchasing, reimbursements, and finance procedures.

• Supervise finance systems, operational workflows, and associated documentation.

• Manage the daily operational aspects of people operations in collaboration with the outsourced HR provider.

• Spearhead the implementation and ongoing improvement of BambooHR functionality, employee self-service tools, and HR operational processes.

• Collaborate with the Vice President of Finance & Operations to implement departmental priorities and strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, project management, finance operations, HR operations, or executive operations.

• Outstanding organizational, project management, communication, and customer service skills.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring attention to detail and maintaining confidentiality.

• A developing relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with ExploreGod’s ministry mission.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace; experience with BambooHR and Ramp is preferred.
