Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Assist the Country Director in managing operational functions within CBSG and among intragroup and external providers.

• Ensure that service delivery complies with MAS regulations and contractual commitments.

• Develop and uphold operational policies, procedures, SLA frameworks, and risk management protocols.

• Set up and maintain oversight frameworks for trading, staking, and custody operations.

• Create and sustain operational resilience frameworks, which encompass risk identification, contingency planning, and mitigation of vulnerabilities.

• Organize responses to operational incidents and facilitate communication with internal stakeholders, regulators, and external service providers.

• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Security teams to manage critical operations and initiatives related to risk.

• Aid first-line-of-defense operations involving launch assessments, approvals, staffing, and audit activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Singapore financial services, capital markets, or operations strategy, including more than 5 years in a supervisory role.

• Experience in a MAS-regulated capital markets dealer, focusing on trade supervision in crypto, equities, or derivatives.

• Previous experience as senior management, director, or an approved representative of a MAS-regulated entity.

• Proven track record in developing and enhancing operational processes to drive efficiency at scale.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities with a demonstrated capacity to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of producing externally ready materials with minimal oversight.

• Responsible utilization of generative AI with human oversight to generate business-ready outputs and measurable workflow enhancements.
