Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage operations and business strategy by coordinating cross-functional departments to fulfill strategic goals.

• Create and oversee methodologies for tracking, identifying, and resolving issues.

• Analyze and present program outcomes and insights effectively.

• Develop analytical approaches based on data for client use.

• Examine data from diverse sources to enhance metrics that gauge the effectiveness and return on investment of both current and new product initiatives.

• Collaborate with team members to recognize internal and external customers and their expectations.

• Initiate process modifications to enhance quality, reduce costs, and boost satisfaction among staff, providers, and members.

• Support operations staff in planning, achieving, and monitoring key strategic initiatives.

• Act as an internal resource and consultant for improvement activities.

• Investigate new workflow methods employing quality-improvement strategies to eliminate waste and rework.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in operational business processes or data analysis.

• Preferably experienced in the managed care or insurance sector.

• Practical knowledge of implementing continuous improvement through Six Sigma or Total Quality Management (TQM) is advantageous.

• Experience in a matrix environment is preferred.

• Ability to travel up to 25%.
