This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist in the operational establishment and ongoing enhancement of service and maintenance procedures.
• Oversee the central internal service team (service back office).
• Facilitate coordination among order management, various locations, and field service teams.
• Create and improve reporting and monitoring dashboards.
• Collaborate closely with Account Management and other key stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design and optimization of workflows while developing efficient processes.
• A degree in a technical discipline (such as energy, utilities, or building services engineering) or equivalent technical training with relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in building, developing, or optimizing service and maintenance processes.
• Knowledge of operational workflows within technical service and field service organizations.
• Background in process management and a keen interest in creating efficient structures and systems.
• An affinity for digital tools and a desire to implement modern software and AI solutions in the service sector.
• A structured and collaborative working approach with a passion for cross-site teamwork.
• Leadership experience in teams that frequently engage with customers.
• Strong resilience and effective stress management skills.
