This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

• Assisting the Operations team by managing internal documentation.

• Aiding in reconciliations, addressing inquiries, and producing ad-hoc reports.

• Supporting processes related to settlements and corporate actions.

• Assisting with daily cash and position reconciliations.

• Helping set up system connectivity and conducting user testing.

• Collaborating with the technology team to enhance workflow and automate reporting.

• Working alongside the compliance team to ensure automated order filtering.

• Overseeing treasury activities, including collateral and cash-equivalent management.

• A curious mindset with a desire to learn in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with APIs, databases, or scripting languages such as Python or SQL.

• Strong, clear, and concise verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to relocate to Switzerland (Zurich/Zug area) or work remotely with some overlap during European business hours.

• Previous internship experience in a technical, financial, or operations-related area is preferred.

• Interest in financial markets or algorithmic trading is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of financial instruments or processes is a plus and preferred.
