📋 Description

• Examine operational performance: Perform in-depth analyses to understand metric fluctuations, differentiate between significant signals and distractions, and pinpoint root causes within filing operations, user operations, and risk workflows.

• Collaborate with operations teams: Engage directly with operational teams to analyze workflows, comprehend user behavior, and convert insights into actionable recommendations.

• Enhance measurement precision: Improve metric definitions, guarantee data integrity, and bolster our approach to measuring operational performance across the organization.

• Facilitate experiments and enhancements: Utilize statistical analysis to assess the effects of operational modifications and experiments.

• Foster operational visibility: Develop systems, dashboards, and self-service reporting tools that empower operational teams to independently explore and interpret performance data, thereby minimizing repetitive data requests.

• Convey insights to leadership: Create clear and persuasive operational insights for leadership reviews and strategic planning discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in operations analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.

• Proficient SQL skills and experience handling large operational datasets.

• Experience in developing dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).

• Proven ability to conduct investigations and identify root causes within operational data.

• Strong communication skills—capable of articulating technical findings to non-technical audiences.

• Comfort in ambiguous situations and the ability to structure open-ended analytical challenges.
