This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Oversee the complete employee lifecycle processes, encompassing onboarding and offboarding for both onsite and remote staff (utilizing Deel), from the offer stage to termination.
β’ Process payroll through Gusto, which includes reviewing timesheets, making payroll adjustments, validating data, and ensuring the accuracy of payments.
β’ Track employee attendance, productivity, and performance indicators.
β’ Develop, maintain, and modify monthly work schedules using internal scheduling systems.
β’ Facilitate daily communication with store managers, remote employees, and operational teams across various locations.
β’ Implement company policies and internal procedures, including tracking PTO/sick leave, ensuring attendance compliance, and updating the employee handbook.
β’ Prepare and manage employee documentation such as notices, disciplinary actions, policy updates, operational announcements, and employment-related records.
β’ Assist in workforce planning and scheduling coverage to guarantee operational continuity and adequate staffing levels.
β’ Ensure the maintenance of accurate and confidential employee records while supporting daily HR and operational processes in a dynamic environment.
β’ Liaise with external platforms and vendors, including Deel and Gusto, concerning payroll, contractor management, and employee support issues.
β’ Aid leadership with operational reporting, workforce analytics, turnover tracking, and management of employee data.
β’ Proficient in English (C1-C2 level, both verbal and written).
β’ Must be available to work within the EST time zone.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in Operations/HR roles.
β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Capable of conducting comprehensive research to identify potential candidates from diverse sources.
β’ Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
β’ Experience in moderating communication channels and coordinating team-building activities.
