This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.
β’ Oversee the complete employee lifecycle processes, encompassing onboarding and offboarding for both onsite and remote staff (utilizing Deel), from the offer stage to termination.
β’ Execute payroll processing in Gusto, which includes timesheet examination, payroll modifications, data validation, and ensuring accuracy in payments.
β’ Track employee attendance, productivity, and performance metrics diligently.
β’ Develop, maintain, and modify monthly work schedules through internal scheduling systems.
β’ Facilitate daily communication with store managers, remote personnel, and operational teams across various locations.
β’ Implement company policies and internal procedures, such as PTO/sick leave tracking, attendance compliance, and updates to the employee handbook.
β’ Prepare and manage employee documentation, including notices, disciplinary actions, policy revisions, operational announcements, and records related to employment.
β’ Assist with workforce planning and scheduling to guarantee operational continuity and appropriate staffing levels.
β’ Keep precise and confidential employee records while supporting daily HR and operational functions in a dynamic environment.
β’ Collaborate with external platforms and vendors, including Deel and Gusto, concerning payroll, contractor management, and employee support issues.
β’ Aid leadership with operational reporting, workforce analytics, turnover tracking, and management of employee data.
β’ Proficient in English at C1-C2 level (fluent in both verbal and written communication).
β’ Must be available to work within the EST time zone.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operations/HR positions.
β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Capability to conduct comprehensive research and pinpoint potential candidates from diverse sources.
β’ Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
β’ Experience in moderating communication channels and orchestrating team-building activities.
