Operations & Finance Specialist, Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• The Operations & Finance Specialist offers administrative assistance across finance, operations, and vendor management.

• This position entails overseeing expense reporting, managing corporate credit card activities, vendor onboarding and compliance, project data oversight, and employee support.

• Prepare corporate credit card expenses for submission into Intacct.

• Code, reconcile, and monitor corporate credit card transactions.

• Match receipts to transactions and follow up on any missing documentation.

• Ensure that expense documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for audit.

• Act as the primary administrative contact for vehicle rental vendors.

• Build and maintain relationships with account managers to guarantee competitive pricing and high-quality service.

• Manage Concur user accounts, including the addition and removal of users.

• Provide training to employees on Concur and the expense reporting procedures.

• Transfer project data between operational and financial systems, such as Monday.com, Intacct, Concur, and Google Drive.

• Oversee the issuance and cancellation of American Express and Visa corporate cards.

• Facilitate the complete vendor onboarding process.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, operations, finance, accounting, or vendor management.

• Strong organizational abilities with outstanding attention to detail.

• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced setting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A strong customer service focus and capability to collaborate across various functions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets.

• Ability to manage confidential financial and business information with discretion.
