This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and manage daily financial activities, which include accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and processing expense reimbursements.
• Assist with HR functions such as data management, HR systems, onboarding and offboarding processes, IT support, and implementing company-wide policies.
• Work collaboratively with vendors to address payment issues and ensure prompt invoice processing.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancement and greater efficiency. Foster trusting relationships with team members across various departments.
• Minimum of 2 years of operational experience within a startup setting.
• Exceptionally organized - you have a passion for establishing order and consistency.
• Highly detail-oriented - you excel at identifying the finer points and scrutinizing the details.
• Proficient in clear and concise writing.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive attitude - this role requires hands-on involvement.
• Capable of managing confidential information with tact and discretion.
