Operations Facilitation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the sharing of information, analysis, and operational activities among external partners and internal cybersecurity teams.

• Establish and nurture relationships with cybersecurity industry partners and other external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and information exchange.

• Evaluate cybersecurity information and convert technical insights into straightforward, actionable content for executive and non-technical audiences.

• Create and present executive briefings, reports, and other written materials to support operational planning and strategic initiatives.

• Aid in the coordination between technical and policy teams by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance cybersecurity operations and information sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in a relevant field.

• Proficient in cyber threat intelligence and cybersecurity operations center workflows.

• Experience in supporting cyber incident response efforts.

• Background in navigating both technical and policy environments.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to convey complex technical information to executive audiences in an understandable manner.

• Compliance with DHS suitability requirements is mandatory.

• Experience in handling Controlled Unclassified Information while adhering to relevant safeguarding protocols.
