Operations Coordinator, Wind Vertical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategize and manage wind operations with an emphasis on professionalism and efficiency.

• Oversee pilot coordination and enhance customer experiences.

• Source and educate new pilots through an online training program.

• Ensure all necessary materials for pilots are prepared prior to their arrival on site.

• Address operational challenges and uphold high-quality customer service standards.

• Assist pilots with site access and planning requirements.

• Aid in the resolution of project-related issues.

• Utilize knowledge of drone capabilities and airspace regulations while adhering to Zeitview Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Stay informed about developments in the wind industry.

• Collaborate periodically with the Quality Control team.

• Juggle multiple projects while maintaining communication with pilots in the field.

• Document project information through daily reports, spreadsheets, and software applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Turkish language skills are preferred.

• Experience in project management.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficient in using Google Suite, including Sheets and Docs.

• Familiarity with Slack, Coda, and Asana.

• Knowledge of the wind industry, including specific equipment and access requirements, is advantageous.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong communication and writing skills in English.

• Understanding of drone capabilities and airspace regulations.

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, pilots, and internal teams.
