Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Supervise and carry out daily deployments by liaising between Field Agents and Piloting teams to guarantee timely robot operations.

• Observe live operations and address issues in real time, escalating concerns as necessary to reduce service interruptions.

• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) by promoting compliance with established workflows, safety measures, and quality standards.

• Open or close depots according to the scheduled shift timings.

• Monitor and report key operational metrics (deployment efficiency, service uptime, utilization, etc.) to evaluate performance and identify areas for enhancement.

• Execute new processes and protocols as instructed, ensuring successful implementation, team acceptance, and compliance across all operational units.

• Assist the Sr. Operations Supervisor in daily decision-making to prioritize resources, balance workloads, and implement test plans.

• Aid in the onboarding and training of new Operations Associates, ensuring uniformity in role expectations, SOPs, and performance standards.

• Provide ad hoc operational support across field operations, piloting, and project initiatives to sustain service continuity and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience (3+ years in operations, logistics, or customer service).

• Strong organizational, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to remain composed under pressure with a proactive, positive approach to challenges.

• Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).

• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, as operational needs dictate.

• Comfort with driving mid-size utility vehicles as required.

• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
