Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Act as the lead for field operations at Praying Pelican Missions within the designated region

• Recruit, organize, and guide Christian mission teams to serve alongside local church partners and ministries

• Create transformative experiences for participants

• Offer vision and leadership in daily recruitment and consulting efforts

• Oversee trip logistics, maintain administrative documentation, and ensure lasting partnerships

• Lead Christ-centered mission teams with a focus on excellence and safety

• Assist location operations leaders and manage partnership delegations and staff

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills

• Exceptional planning, time management, and organizational capabilities

• Proficient in Google Suite and quick to learn new technologies

• Experience in financial management is preferred

• Willingness to travel at least 7 weeks each year

• A valid driver’s license is required.
