This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Monitor real-time alerts and dashboards (AWS CloudWatch, Datadog, SQS, alert channels)
• Acknowledge and respond to automated alarms within SLA
• Conduct initial assessments of incidents and analyze their impact
• Escalate issues to Tier 2 teams with clear and actionable context
• Adhere to established SOPs and incident response runbooks
• Access servers using approved, read-only SSH
• Analyze application and system logs to detect error patterns and anomalies
• Gather evidence (logs, screenshots, timestamps) during incidents
• Vocational or college-level education
• Experience in technical support or customer service
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Familiarity with operating systems and basic troubleshooting techniques
• Capacity to remain calm and methodical during incidents
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays)
• Capability to adhere to structured processes and SOPs
