This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Evaluate and prioritize incoming requests related to Art, Operations, Administration, and Sales.
• Allocate requests to the appropriate team, group, or individual based on the type, urgency, and scope of the request.
• Carefully review requests to identify any missing information, vague instructions, potential obstacles, or misrouting.
• Engage with Sales, Art, Operations, Administration, Technology, Finance, and other internal teams when clarification or follow-up is necessary.
• Assist with eligible administrative tasks and order modifications, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Support Sales via Freshchat by addressing or redirecting inquiries and concerns as needed.
• Manage urgent or time-sensitive requests with sound judgment and a strong sense of urgency.
• Clearly document actions taken on tickets, including notes, updates, and screenshots when required.
• Escalate requests to the appropriate team when the issue falls outside the scope of Triage or requires more extensive support.
• Maintain organized workflows by helping to avoid duplicate efforts, unclear responsibilities, and unnecessary delays.
• A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in operations, customer experience, support, administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail, with a commitment to consistent follow-through.
• Proficient in using ticketing systems, CRMs, spreadsheets, internal tools, and documentation.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, and quickly adapting to changing workflows.
• Proficient in Google Workspace; quick to learn new tools and systems.
• Bonus Points: Experience in startups, in-house recruitment, or basic design/Adobe Illustrator skills for Art Triage tasks.
