Operations Associate – Test Kit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the operational execution for the launch of new customer test kits, ensuring milestones are tracked, dependencies are managed, and programs are prepared for go-live.

• Collaborate directly with customers regarding launch activities, outstanding items, and operational needs.

• Work in partnership with laboratory providers, fulfillment partners, and internal teams to synchronize workflows.

• Oversee post-launch monitoring of test kit programs, identifying operational issues or areas for improvement.

• Track inventory levels, fulfillment accuracy, shipping schedules, sample processing, turnaround times, and metrics related to customer experience.

• Analyze operational challenges, determine root causes, and facilitate resolutions with laboratory and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.

• Maintain operational dashboards, trackers, and reports on program health and performance.

• Recognize recurring issues and assist in implementing process enhancements.

• Foster relationships with customers, laboratory partners, and fulfillment providers.

• Document workflows, processes, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, healthcare operations, logistics, supply chain, customer operations, implementation, or a similar field.

• Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.

• Proven experience in coordinating launches, implementations, or operational programs.

• Skills in investigating root causes and coordinating resolutions.

• Comfortable engaging with customers, laboratories, fulfillment providers, and internal teams.

• Proficient in utilizing spreadsheets, dashboards, and metrics.

• Experience in enhancing workflows, documentation, or systems.

• Background in healthcare, diagnostics, lab operations, or at-home testing is advantageous.

• Familiarity with labs, diagnostics, or healthcare operations is a plus.

• Experience in supporting at-home testing or medical device programs is beneficial.

• Previous work with 3PL providers is a plus.

• Experience managing customer implementations or launches is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, or similar tools is desirable.

• Must be located within the GMT or EST time zones.

• Must reside in the NYC metro area.
