This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Take charge of the entire talent lifecycle, from onboarding and contract modifications to offboarding, ensuring compliance and seamless transitions at each phase.
• Facilitate smooth communication between clients, talents, and partners to address inquiries, manage expectations, and maintain open lines of communication.
• Handle contract changes and employment modifications with accuracy, ensuring alignment among all parties and proper documentation.
• Proactively detect and address operational bottlenecks in partner workflows, suggesting enhancements that improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Assist with talent and client inquiries with empathy and expertise, fostering trust through transparent and solution-oriented communication.
• Oversee multiple ongoing projects comprehensively, effectively prioritizing tasks while keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or partnership coordination, demonstrating the ability to manage HR inquiries and employer-related processes.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and complex workflows.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, capable of naturally establishing trust and maintaining professional relationships across diverse teams.
• A process-oriented approach with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a natural aptitude for clear communication across different audiences and cultures.
• Flexible and resilient, able to remain composed under pressure and adapt swiftly when priorities or requirements shift.
• **Desirable (but not required):**
• Experience in EOR, HR operations, or international workforce management.
• Familiarity with partner management, ticketing, or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Understanding of contract management or compliance processes in global employment.
• Proficiency in additional languages, such as German.
