• Utilize the company's ERP system (Palmate) to oversee and facilitate production planning.
• Analyze and interpret production orders, including necessary materials and components.
• Assign production requirements and workflows within the system.
• Ensure materials are appropriately allocated based on availability and production demands.
• Plan and prepare workflows in advance to support next-day and ongoing production activities.
• Monitor inventory levels within the system and verify accuracy against production requirements.
• Coordinate with on-site teams to confirm actual inventory counts when discrepancies occur.
• Identify shortages and initiate production or procurement requirements as needed.
• Ensure proper tracking of materials utilized in production processes.
• Monitor production progress and confirm that all activities are accurately recorded in the ERP system.
• Review system data to ensure labor and material inputs are logged correctly.
• Collaborate with production staff and supervisors to verify job progress and material requirements.
• Proactively identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements.
• Assist in maintaining organized and efficient operational processes across various locations.
• Prior experience in operations, logistics, production support, or related roles.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of inventory tracking, workflows, and operational processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when dealing with numbers and system data.
• Strong communication skills for internal coordination (English required; Spanish is a plus).
• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple workflows concurrently.
• Fully remote position supporting a U.S.-based manufacturing business.
• Ongoing training provided on internal systems and workflows.
