This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to establish new platform instances and configure customer accounts in the backend.

• Oversee demo environments, including the setup and shutdown of instances as required.

• Implement and sustain custom configurations for both internal and external applications.

• Adhere to established operational workflows to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.

• Recognize process inefficiencies and offer suggestions for ongoing improvement.

• Several years of experience in operations, data entry, or administrative positions demanding high attention to detail.

• Comfortable working within structured workflows and product-related procedures.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
