Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage laboratory test orders to ensure results are delivered accurately and on time.

• Collaborate with diagnostic laboratories, clients, and suppliers to address any issues related to lab orders or results.

• Supervise internal dashboards to identify and monitor system delays or outages.

• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues across various internal platforms.

• Offer direct assistance to customers through Slack, email, and internal ticketing systems.

• Uphold service level agreement (SLA) standards for response and resolution times.

• Engage with clients mostly via chat, with occasional support provided through voice communication.

• Support the Operations team with regular tasks to facilitate seamless workflows.

• Work collaboratively with different teams to enhance process improvements and documentation.

• Utilize internal tools such as Google Docs, Linear, and Slack for effective communication and task management.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5+ years of relevant professional experience in U.S.-based companies.

• Preferred backgrounds include revenue cycle management, medical billing or claims processing, medical coding, clinical data abstraction, lab/diagnostics operations, IT or technical support, systems/NOC monitoring, or vendor/logistics coordination.

• Experience with medical data or lab results is highly advantageous.

• Experience in startup or small company environments is a significant plus.

• Strong communication abilities, particularly in written form (minimum B2 English level – business professional).

• A problem-solving attitude with the capability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with remote work tools such as Slack/Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and Linear/Jira.
