This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assisting in enhancing processes and systems.
• Performing quality assessments of orders completed by other team members within the organization.
• Delivering training and addressing operational challenges that impact customer experience.
• Overseeing communication with sales teams and managing customer order processing.
• Adhering to established protocols for accurate order entry and fulfillment.
• Inputting data into various software applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement operational procedures.
• Identifying and executing improvements to optimize order delivery and elevate customer service.
• Contributing to the ongoing development of processes and workflows.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations.
• Previous experience in order management is advantageous.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and handle a high volume of orders during quarter and month-end close periods.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically MS Outlook and Excel.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• General knowledge of the quote-to-cash process.
• Strong sense of urgency to achieve objectives, results-oriented, assertive communication style, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, with a customer-centric approach and a collaborative team spirit.
• Must be available to work during PST hours (USA).
