This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Participate in all daily training sessions
• Conduct roll call and monitor attendance
• Oversee homework submission and its completion
• Follow up with strategists via email and SMS until all tasks are fully accomplished
• Gather and organize all strategist homework
• Maintain a daily log of submitted, outstanding, and overdue tasks
• Actively follow up with strategists who are falling behind
• Download daily recordings of Zoom training sessions
• Properly name, organize, and upload recordings to Google Drive
• Ensure strategists start their sessions punctually and adhere to protocols
• Review Zoom sales sessions against scripts and internal procedures
• Audit deals in HubSpot and other relevant systems
• Classify deals (Pass / Fail – Yellow Card / Fail – Red Card)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in operations or sales support positions
• Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
• Proficient in Google Workspace, with a strong emphasis on Google Sheets
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be willing to work with the Zoom Camera ON during the 8-hour shift
• Must be open to undergoing a background check
