This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop the initial Psychiatry Supply and Demand model, integrating it into our main data infrastructure, and maintaining it as we expand into new markets.
• Establish capacity metrics that will directly influence hiring speed, resource allocation, and cross-licensing strategies.
• Construct, maintain, and enhance comprehensive Supply and Demand forecasting models for both current and future launches (e.g., state, payer, channel launches).
• Integrate complex business variables into supply and demand models (e.g., variable session frequencies, clinician ramp-up times, and cross-licensing limitations).
• Assess unit economics and suggest operational levers to ensure alignment of business strategy with revenue, margin, and clinician utilization targets.
• Collaborate closely with Data Science and Data Engineering teams to co-create models and transition standalone new models into our core data infrastructure.
• Define, govern, and monitor standardized operational metrics, such as capacity, clinician utilization rates, hiring targets, and client time-to-care metrics.
• Conduct regular 'forecast versus actuals' audits as new demand data becomes available, refining key assumptions (e.g., hiring speed, client demand, clinician ramp-up schedules).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Finance, Clinical Recruiting, and Clinical Operations to communicate strategic insights and synchronize cross-functional priorities.
• Assist in executive decision-making on essential operational trade-offs, such as determining clinician hiring volumes versus expanding cross-licensing for current clinicians.
• Identify operational bottlenecks throughout the recruitment and patient lifecycle, driving scalable process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in an analytical position, ideally in banking, management consulting, finance, tech operations, or other highly analytical environments.
• Proficient in analyzing complex data sets and constructing advanced forecasting models, including expertise in analytics/BI tools (e.g., SQL, Looker). Experience collaborating with Data Science teams to co-create models is advantageous.
• Possess a broad perspective, understanding how operational levers (unit economics, capacity trade-offs, session frequency) directly influence financial health and business results.
• Effectively engage with diverse teams across Finance, Growth, Recruiting, and Clinical leadership, translating quantitative insights into actionable strategies.
• Comfortable navigating unstructured challenges—developing solutions from the ground up and iteratively refining models until they are fully production-ready.
• Equity in a high-growth start-up.
• Paid time off, including nine paid holidays and an additional Winter Office Closure from Christmas Day (Observed) through New Year's Day.
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
• 401(k) Retirement savings options.
• One-time $200 Work from Home reimbursement.
• Annual $1,000 Productivity & Wellness Stipend to support your personal and professional goals.
• Annual $500 subsidized company contribution to your healthcare FSA or HSA.
• Paid parental leave.
