Operations Analyst, Transfers Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute precise daily reconciliations by the designated cut-off time, ensuring a comprehensive audit trail.

• Analyze and address reconciliation discrepancies, escalating exceptions when necessary.

• Facilitate ISA transfers within the service level agreement (SLA), ensuring smooth case progression.

• Promptly address transfer rejections, with the goal of resolving them within two business days.

• Accurately process ISA History Forms (IHFs) to ensure proper updates to ISA allowances.

• Work collaboratively with Operations, Client Services, and external parties to advance cases without delays.

• Strive for continuous improvement in reconciliation and transfer processes to minimize breaks and operational risks.

• Exceptional attention to detail and process orientation; completes reconciliations and transfers accurately while maintaining a clear audit trail.

• Strong problem-solving skills; identifies and investigates discrepancies, escalating when necessary.

• Excellent time management abilities; reliably meets daily cut-offs and regulatory deadlines.

• Proficient with Excel and reconciliation/operations platforms.

• Effective communicator who shares information clearly across Operations, Client Services, and external stakeholders.

• Fluency in English (C1 level and above) — as a UK-based company, the role requires regular communication with the team.

• Experience in fintech, investment platforms, brokerage, or wealth management operations (Nice to Have).

• Familiarity with ISA transfer processes and the UK regulatory landscape (Nice to Have).

• Experience utilizing reconciliation platforms and operational tools (Nice to Have).
