Operations Analyst, SOC, MDS Cyber Defense Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate information security risks according to internal policies and external best practices.

• Enhance the security of information and IT assets by testing security systems and implementing security standards, policies, and procedures.

• Deploy cybersecurity technologies under the direction of the global information security lead.

• Provide daily business support.

• Oversee third-party providers as necessary to ensure compliance with established standards.

• Deliver information security training to relevant teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in information security, compliance, and risk management.

• Familiarity with security solutions and their relevance to Mondelēz International.

• Understanding of security strategies, awareness campaigns, policies/standards, and governance frameworks.

• Ability to effectively communicate with technical experts, leadership, and colleagues.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Team-oriented with the ability to support and lead efforts to achieve shared objectives.
