
Operations Analyst – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Configure and establish courses, seats/slots, and activities on the LMS platform;
• Conduct regular assessments of enrollments and finalize grades;
• Assist with financial processes related to billing, refunds, and reconciliations;
• Manage operational tickets and follow up on special cases with internal teams;
• Ensure seamless operation of academic and operational workflows in virtual learning environments;
• Identify and promote continuous enhancement of operational processes;
• Maintain ongoing communication with multidisciplinary teams, including IT, Academic, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Proficient in Spanish;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Technology, or related fields;
• Prior experience in educational operations, academic support, or e-learning environments;
• Intermediate proficiency in spreadsheets and data management tools;
• Organized and analytical individual with a keen attention to detail;
• Capability to manage multiple simultaneous demands;
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with LMS platforms;
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar;
• Experience in LATAM operations or multicultural settings.
